낭만적 혼

현미라

우리는 태연하게 그리고 조금은 우울하게 또 하나의 오늘을 지나간다. 때때로 살기 위해 찾아 낸 많은 이유들은 사라지고, 찾아야 할 다른 이유는 이미 생각할 수가 없다. 내일을 생각하더라도 모든 것이 무상하다. 아직 충분히 젊고, 자유라는 충분한 힘이 남아있으나 우리가 가진 자유는 언제나 죽음처럼 조용하다. 우리는 항상 요구에 대한 실망으로 욕망의 결핍 속에서 살곤 하지만 이것을 이해하는 때가 오면 이내 모든 것은 표류한다. 그리고 우리가 가진 청춘의 혼, 낭만적 혼은 숨겨진 것보다 더욱 본질적인 가장 깊은 내면의 자신을 과도하게 드러내며 예기치 않게 자신을 왜곡시키곤 한다.
'l'âme romantique 낭만적 혼'은 고독하고 아름다운 젊은이들의 낭만적 혼에 관한 초상사진(portrait)시리즈이다.
